Over 24 years experience in Designing extensions, refurbisments, conversions and new buildings for many clients and submitting to the Local Authority for Planning Permission. I will meet you to discuss your requirements and use my vast Design knowledge and experience to produce what you want for your property. My prices are very reasonable and my survey team will measure the property for existing plans and elevations to be produced by myself and then I work on achieving your requirements in my design. I advise the client all the way through the Design process of what can or cannot be done and will throw ideas their way to create a aesthetic addition to their building.
I also draw up plans and elevation for Architects and Designers, either from their survey notes or from us doing a measured survey on their behalf. We currently have a number of clients that use us in this manner.
I deal with any planning department and have designed to the current popular style of having the rear of the house open up into the garden in one stepless flow and designed a glass, wood, steel and grass covered roofed pavilion by the River Thames. Loft conversions are another popular requirement that I often deal with and the design will suit the client and merge with the existing.
