I have a background in Art and Design and attended Art School gaining a Foundation Diploma, I often get asked to compile paintings and drawings of property. At one time was even asked to do portraits of the Elstree Golf Club and the Light Railway at Leighton Buzzard. I have also been commissioned to paint portraits of homes all across the UK. I was originally trained as a Draughtsman and progressed through to management level at one of the UK's major contractors. I have worked on a whole variety of projects from as small as the design of a porch to the refurbishment of prisons and the building of Sports Stadia.
I am a fully trained Surveyor by the London Borough of Barnet and have worked wherever infrastucture is needed. I have vast rail experience working for London Underground, Network Rail and British Rail, Crossrail, Metronet & Tubelines.
I have also worked on government facilities and hospitals. Even the Bomber Command Memorial in Green Park, London and the Richard Green Modern Art Gallery in Bond Street, London
My CAD knowledge is very high and I am affluent in the knowledge of Microstation and AutoCAD. A former CAD Manager at Atkins plc
I am capable of 2D and 3D work and I have built up a growing number of regular clients.
I have a Survey Resource Team available to do digital Measured and Topographical surveys and they also use hand measured methods.

I am also an experienced Ornithologist and a Fellow of the British Trust for Ornithology. I have advised home owners on nesting birds on their property. As a child I had a great passion for this and have even had clients that wished to attract more birds to their gardens. I have also painted portraits of birds and pets over the many years I have worked in Art, Design and Architecture.
